By commissioning me you agree to the following:

I, as the Artist...

  • Reserve the right to use non-commercial commissions for personal promotion (social networks, portfolio, artbook)

  • HOWEVER , I will not post pieces upon request. BUT YOU NEED TO TELL ME BEFORE I START THE COMMISSION. If you don't tell before hand i'll add an extra fee to keep it private

You, as the Client...

  • May requests small edits and corrections to finished pieces. Large edits and redraws must be paid for

  • May use my commissioned art for commercial work. HOWEVER, I require you still credit me for the piece.

Payment and refunds

  • Payment is via Paypal Invoice

  • Commission begins only when payment is received

  • I will wait one full week for payment before throwing out your slot

  • REFUNDS: I allow full refunds before I've begun work, partial if I'm partway through, and no refund once I've finished your piece
